Those present: Beth Carter, Bill Thierry; Kathryn Pivonka; Chris Ackerley; Rhonda Ball; Dolly Pivonka; Leif Erickson; Mary Ruane; John Fife; Kevin O'Driscoll.

Minutes of the prior meeting were approved (Kathryn moved & Beth seconded)

A. Check-in.

B. Membership discussion - Site visit updates Rhonda is working hard to organize site visits. Amphi High school needs attention. La Cima gets new member.

C. Nancy Young Wright - Potluck/Literature drop - Wed. Nov. 11 at 9:30

D. Survey questions for newsletter - Ideas were discussed. Carol moves that we do not put out a survey and Bill seconds. Motion passed.
Bill moves to solicit an open ended feedback form. Dolly seconds the motion. Rhonda amends motion (friendly) to solicit feedback through ARs or e-mail in the newsletter. Friendly amended motion carries.

E. Requests for future agenda items - Penny Kotterman, AEA endorsed candidate for Superintendent for Public Instruction.
ARs putting Amphi EA info. on their school websites.
